My curiosity for foreign cultures started early. Born and raised in a multicultural family, I grew up in the midst of different cultural perspectives.

As a professional, I quickly found my way into the international business world and worked with professionals and businesses worldwide. I was responsible to lead, advise, and coach (remote) teams and global change and transformation programs in Europe, The Americas, Asia, and Africa.
I use my experiences, passion, and expertise in business transformation, change management, DEI, and managing cross-cultural, international teams (on-site and remote) to help companies and leaders to optimize their performance by using the strengths of diversity and inclusion.
As a female leader with a diverse background, I have experienced how challenging it can be to find and use your authentic voice in a world where specific perspectives and beliefs are still held today.
